It usually feeds OK but every once in a while it will go in fits and starts. The problem is usually too much pressure on the nut (maybe a wing nut) that holds the wire spool in place. But check the whole feed path - only takes a minute or two.It works fine with my Lincoln Innershield flux-core 0.035" diameter wire on my Lincoln SP-125 Plus welder with the standard Magnum 100L gun. Plenty of extra length--easy to cut-to-length with side cutters. Once the gun is off, take a small piece of mig wire, bent into a u shape and poke it into the two gun switch cables. This will bridge the switch circuit and make the welder feed. The cost was about even ($500.00 new) The MM 130 was really not much of a welder but the xp version could more then hold it's own with the 125 Lincoln. A 120V MIG welder turned all the way up will put out about 90A at 18V, around 1600W. I just got an older lincoln sp 125 plus and the panel/door doesnt match. I believe it was changed. Its a wel pak 100 door but its not a weld pak 100. It doesnt have the tap amp dial like it suggests, it has the continuous adjustment knob on top. .
